Cream paper, Rose colored Wavy Sticks, and simple cream twine come together nicely for this rustic, yet elegant, themed wedding.
Adding a touch of greenery really helps this wedding program fan stand out. I simply added a small twig from a juniper tree before tying on the twine. It came together so nicely with a touch of lavender.
Keep it simple with Kraft paper, a simple fan design, and natural colored sticks. This fan can look good in any setting. Adding twine and a paper flower is a simple way to give it that personal DIY touch.
Go bold with brightly colored paper in your wedding colors! This fan template looks so cool on the blue paper. Add a coordinating ribbon and people are sure to pause and notice this pretty detail on your big day.
Adding scrapbook paper is a great way to make this template your own. Trim the decorative paper and the back to the same size, glue together with the stick in between, trim the front piece to be slightly smaller and then glue it on the front. Grab a couple friends and our 2-Way Glue Pens and you will have this project tackled in no time.
We were able to make this fan template part of a botanical themed wedding by simply printing it on a coordinating natural green paper. Using matching baker's twine on the fans and the thank you tags really helped pull it all together.
Colored sticks or paper is the easiest way to personalize the wedding fan templates but if you want to do something more, try this! Use a 1/2" inch hole punch to make two half circles on either side of your fan then tie a ribbon around your program instead of the stick. The cut outs hold your ribbon in place! Just make sure it doesn't cover up too much of your design, or use a sheer ribbon like we did!
Jumbo sticks also work great for wedding fan handles if you have a smaller fan design or are using thick cardstock. Use two different kinds of ribbon or twine to add visual interest to a simple wedding fan design like this one.
Use the same ribbon throughout your wedding decorations to add cohesiveness to items you got from different places. We used our lace fan template and found a free download for the chalk board table numbers.
