As shown in the screenshot above, click the link provided in the customer email to download your Wedding Fan Template(s). Once the link is clicked, your download page will open in your browser. There are ten color options available for you.

IMPORTANT!
Depending on your computer's download settings, when clicked your pdf file will do one of three things:
  1. Open in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  2. Save to your "Downloads" folder and automatically open in your browser.
  3. Save to your "Downloads" folder.
**Number 2 will not work since editable pdf files will not work properly in your browser and changes cannot be saved.

DOWNLOAD TIP:
The simplest way to manage your downloads is to right click on the link(s) in your download page and choose "Save Link As" - choose a location on your computer to download your file(s) to.

Download any or all of the 10 PDF files. Locate the file(s) on your computer. Double click on it's icon and the file will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is a free and completely safe program that comes preinstalled on most computers and devices.

Editing your Wedding Fan Template:


Simply click in any highlighted field to enter your personalized text. If you need to save your progress and come back to it later just navigate to "File" >> "Save As". And save the file to your computer. You can rename the file or leave it as it is.

Is the color of the lace design changeable on the pdf?

Hello Christy, The color of the lace is not changeable within the pdf, however when you purchase a template it comes with 9 warm color options plus black or 9 cool color options plus black. Deborah, once you are ready to print just go to "File" then "Print" your print settings dialogue box should open and there you will select "Landscape" instead of "Portrait" Usually it is a circle that you click to select but each printer's dialogue box looks a little different. Hi! I am interested in purchasing some fans from you. I had a friend who used you a few years back and she said that you sent the fans to her already printed. Is this still an available option? If so, how do I access that because I don't see this option on the site. Thanks!

Cathy, The only thing you can change is the text. If you want to change the font, you would need to reach out to customer service and see how much this request would be. Our designer would need to adjust the entire template to make sure everything is evenly spaced/adjusted after making this change. Thanks so much for reaching out!

Kellie, Depending on your computer's download settings, the file may automatically open in your browser when the download link is clicked instead of Adobe Reader where the file can be edited/saved/printed. The simplest thing to do is right click on the download link(s) and choose "Save Link As", then choose a location on your computer to save the file. Navigate to the folder where your file is saved and double click on it. It will open in Adobe Reader. Then you will be able to make changes/edit/save/print with no trouble. When I try to print the program landscape the circular wreath on the front is not centered when you fold the sheet in half. How can I go about getting this centered? - - - *Jessica, in your print settings make sure that "Shrink to fit" IS NOT selected. If that option is selected the fan will not be centered. Nerisa, the titles are editable, however the spacing and placement of the titles and font areas are not. If you need adjustments to the layout just send an email to [email protected] with the name of the design you have chosen and your change requirements and we will send you a quote. Most often it is between $5 and $15 depending on the amount of typesetting our designer will need to do. Thank you!
